About this policy
This policy explains how Yakusoku Software handles personal information in connection with this website, yakusoku.software. We follow the Australian Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
The Yakusoku wedding planner at yakusoku.com.au has its own privacy policy, which covers the information you give it when you use the planner.
What this website collects
Nothing that identifies you. This website has no accounts, no forms, no cookies, and no analytics or tracking. It loads no advertising or third-party scripts, and it runs no code in your browser.
Hosting
Cloudflare hosts this website. Like any web host, it processes standard request data, such as your IP address, browser type and the page you asked for, to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. We do not use this data to identify you.
If you email hello@yakusoku.com.au, we receive your address and whatever your message contains. We use it only to reply to you and to keep a record of the conversation. Google Workspace handles our email.
Overseas processing
Cloudflare and Google may store or process information on servers outside Australia, including in the United States. We rely on their contractual commitments to protect it to a standard consistent with the Australian Privacy Principles (APP 8).
Access and correction
To ask what personal information we hold about you, or to correct it, email hello@yakusoku.com.au. We respond within 30 days.
Complaints
If you are concerned about how we have handled your information, email hello@yakusoku.com.au and we will respond within 30 days.
If you are not satisfied with our response, you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
Changes to this policy
If this website starts collecting anything new, we will update this policy before it does and change the date at the top of the page.
